Here, they can live independently in their own apartment, but still with a connection – with other seniors, friends and family, simply in a good neighborhood and, of course, barrier-free. Everyday support, care and help on call are part of the concept, which thus adapts individually to the different phases of life of older people. The first facility will open in Gronau in 2023.
